Connecticut Villa | House in Mid Island, Florida

Pulling into 154 Connecticut you will immediately know you have chosen one of the perfect vacation homes here on Fort Myers Beach. Newer built, in a residential neighborhood; you'll find this large spacious duplex. Villa B has two bedrooms and two full baths to accommodate four guests. For larger groups Villa A sleeps an additional six with three bedrooms and two full baths.
Take the steps up to the front door and enter into the living area. Filled with natural light from the wall of windows you will find comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV.
The spacious kitchen opens to the living area. Complete with all your dishes, pots, pans, etc. you will have everything you need for preparing all your meals while vacationing here. A breakfast bar at the kitchen counter keeps everyone close by during meal prep.
Down the hallway you will find the first of the two bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full size bed. The master suite has a queen size bed, in-room TV, and full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Just off the backside of the house is a great screened in lanai area with your own private washer and dryer. Also included with your stay is wireless internet, garage space for up to two vehicles, and a shared ping pong table set for some great entertainment. The owners have provided a beach wagon and cooler for you to take to the beach while staying here.
Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.
Heading outside you have either the beach or Estero Bay only a 3 minute walk from the house. The historical Mound House and archaeological site is located on Estero Bay where you can fish from the Bay, rent a kayak to explore the Bay, or tour the grounds. When heading to the beach you will love the convenience of having both a direct beach access right at the corner of Estero Blvd. and Connecticut, but a crosswalk as well. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will be waiting for you to walk along and explore. Head slightly to the north where you will find Jet Ski and parasailing rentals. Restaurants and shops are less than a half mile from the house with Publix grocery store one mile south of the house. Trolley stops heading both north and south bound can be found at the corner of Estero Blvd. Head north to Times Square and experience some of our fantastic beach bars and local entertainment for a night of fun. You will also want to check out the various restaurants and shopping in Times Square. Head south to visit Santini Plaza and Lovers Key State Park for more shopping and dining, along with secluded miles of additional beaches.
154 Connecticut is centrally located mid island allowing you the convenience of easy access off island either north or south bound, as well as being able to walk to just about everything you might want or need. Come experience this elegant spacious home. You won't be disappointed.
