Sparkling clean unit that has been recently remodeled with shiny white tile throughout. Super comfortable memory foam mattresses. Clean white linens and towels.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, Memory foam mattresses, Private bathroom with double vanity.
Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, most small appliances including a coffee maker that takes both regular coffee grounds or Keurig pods, pots, pans, dishware, utensils and glassware.
You can tan by the pool. Work out in the gym, walk to dinner, shops and night time activities.

You can't find a better location. We are just off International drive. You will be steps from shops, restaurants and night time activities. We are also less than a mile from Universal.
There is easy access to Uber, Lyft drivers and taxis 24 hours a day. Bus stops on International drive. You can walk to many shops, restaurants and activities. Located 1 mile from Universal.
NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party.
No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation.
NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home.

We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21
We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property (front desk may charge $10/package or more to receive package for you) but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.
Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
dish soap
dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
trash bags
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
