Pricing for this listing is based on Occupancy by 4 guests. Additional guests and pets incur additional charges and must be counted on your reservation.

Updates and Upgrades: All new memory foam bedding as of 3/6/22. Many new appliances and full interior and exterior paint as of 4/10/22. The entire apartment building has brand new, whisper-quiet ductless mini split HVAC heat/ cool systems as of 4/12/22.
These combined units can host a maximum of 16 guests. If you have more than 16 guests please consider our other listings that are larger, or groupings of listings that may accommodate more guests.
General Layout + Amenities:
Unit AC is a combination of Units A and C, joined together by an indoor hallway. Please refer to the floorplan in the photos section of the listing for further clarification of the layout.
Unit A is a large apartment with 1 bedroom and an open-concept space for the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Electronic keypad for front entry door. Sentry Safe in the bedroom.
The Bedroom has 1 Queen memory foam bed. The living room has 2 twin memory foam beds + 1 Queen air mattress if needed. There is 1 bathroom with a shower/ tub, toilet and sink. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6.
The kitchen has granite countertops, a full sized fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, electric oven/ cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and blender. There is an assortment of mixing bowls, pots and pans and other cooking essentials. You will find coffee mugs, small and large beverage glasses, wine glasses, silverware and dishware. Cooking utensils and kitchen/ steak knives and grill utensils are provided as well.
Unit C is an open-concept apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 large space for the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The Master Bedroom has 1 King bed + 1 Queen air mattress as well as a secretary desk and chair. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom and the main room have their own smart tvs, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Electronic keypad locks for front entry door. Sentry Safe in the hallway closet.
The living room has 2 Queen Futons with new memory foam mattress toppers for added comfort. There is 1 bathroom with a shower/ tub, toilet and sink.
The dining area has an expandable dining table with seating for 10. There are 4 barstools for the center island.
The kitchen has granite countertops, a full sized fridge w/ ice maker, dishwasher, convection oven, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and blender. There is an assortment of mixing bowls, pots and pans. You will find coffee mugs, small and large beverage glasses, wine glasses, silverware and dishware. Some cooking utensils and kitchen/ steak knives and a grill utensil set are provided as well.
We also provide complimentary bath towels, hand towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, eco-friendly cleaning spray, disinfectant spray, disinfectant wipes, paper towels and toilet paper.
Along with our in-depth Guidebook, we offer a complimentary Welcome Kit containing travel-sized Bar Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and Hand Sanitizer.

Smart tv's with access to many apps. Due to subscription-rules changes we can no longer provide logins for content. You may use any free apps/ services or login to your own streaming accounts. There is no basic cable service.
The Grounds:
The back patio is spacious and great for entertaining. There is a grand dining table that seats 10, as well as other dining and lounging options. Feel free to relax in the various front and rear lounges and cook with the bbq grills. The front storage area has a small shed containing beach gear for your use: chairs, coolers, umbrellas, some boogie boards and other toys. Guests are free to enjoy all outdoor areas except for the storage shed in the rear.
Our private parking lot holds a total of 6 vehicles for all 4 apartments. Guests traveling with more than one vehicle, oversized vehicles, or any type of trailer attachment must get prior approval.
There are 2 sets of laundry machines here. You are welcome to use them along with the laundry pods and dryer sheets provided. There is no charge for using the laundry machines or extra linens.
Smoking is permitted outside only! There are numerous ashtrays around the grounds for you to use.
Checkin is after 4pm. Checkout is by 10am. Early checkins/ late checkouts may be possible with advance notice. If we are able to accommodate your request there is a $20/hr surcharge. Absent communication with and confirmation from one of us, the checkin and checkout times are firm. If you fail to checkout on time you will incur the surcharge. This is due to our cleaning staff being scheduled in advance and requiring 24hr notice for changes to that schedule.
Pet Policy:
We are pet friendly and welcome guests traveling with them on a case-by-case basis. You must disclose the number and type of pets you wish to bring for approval before booking. You are responsible for their care and picking up after them. They may not be left alone for long periods of time, nor left outside in your absence. Guests with pets are subject to a surcharge of $50/ pet/ week. VRBO's booking system has not yet evolved enough to account for this type of billing. If you are traveling with more than one pet and/ or staying for more than 1 week an adjustment for the additional fees will be sent to you through an additional payment request. Pet payments must be completed prior to check-in.
