There is evidence here of its former life, with its exposed brickwork and beams, and guests will enjoy cosying up in front of the wood burner effect electric fire, whilst watching the TV and DVD from the comfortable sofa and armchair. There is a small dining table, perfect for two guests, and the corner kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge with ice compartment. A door from this room leads to the property’s pretty country-style double bedroom, off from which is the en-suite shower room with WC.
Outside, there is a patio area with seating, a perfect spot for an early morning coffee, or perhaps a little stargazing in the evening, thanks to the area’s unspoilt skies. Keen walkers will like the fact that the property has direct access to the public footpath and it may be possible to walk the owner’s land, by prior permission. Guests may bring two small-medium sized dogs, by arrangement however must be kept on leads at all times due to animals in neighbouring fields.
