Going out the side door is your private yard with outdoor table and chairs and chaises and a barbecue. Just beyond the back gate is your private entrance to the pool area. The neighborhood is known as Palm Trail and is one of the most desirable because of its tranquil nature and easy access to everything in the downtown. This is your little corner of paradise. You will feel instantly at home from when you pass through the gate walking along the marble pavers surrounded by the green of custom landscaping and see the welcome mat greeting you to your home near the beach.
