Completely fenced in backyard with new paver walkway down to the composite dock. The dock has water, electricity, a floating dock, and a fish cleaning station. Manatees, sharks and dolphins have all been in the canal behind Coral Palms and come right up to your dock. Swim ladder on dock.

Kayaks, fishing poles, bikes and beach items such as towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and life jackets. Bring your own boat, or boat and jet ski rentals are available through local agencies.
Public beach is 5 minutes from the house. The public beach offers a play area for children and adults.1.5 miles.
Children and adults may sign up at the Yacht club pool for swimming, water aerobics and Arthritis Fibromyalgia classes. The Yacht Club also has a club house, tennis courts, public boat ramp, a fuel dock, and a pier for fishing or watching fish and dolphins.

The second guest room has two twin size beds and a sliding door to the pool & lanai.
Sofa Sleeper is located in the living room with allows the property to sleep up to 8. It is a queen and has a memory foam mattress.

"Crazy Lure" has live shrimp for bait and is within biking distance. The "Boat House" restaurant at the Yacht Club beach has just been updated and the Yacht Club is finishing up a major makeover! The "Tiki Bar & Grill" at the Dolphin Key Resort is close by and has live bands on the weekends. They're always running specials and have reasonably priced drinks all the time. (1502 Miramar St.)
There are boat rental companies that will let you keep the boat in the canal at the property which makes getting to the beaches and canal cruising even more enjoyable! Why this property? This house is very clean, updated and has such great amenities and the location is truly unbeatable. Places like Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are generally faster to get to by water from here and parking is much less of a hassle by boat. We'd encourage everyone to take advantage of the access from the canal to enjoy why everyone loves Florida; sunshine and the water.
