This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has access to the community pool along with the wide, peaceful shores of the south end of the peninsula. Built on the ground level, access to the home is as easy as walking in the front door. The ground level has a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath. The 1st floor is where you'll find the living area, views of the horizon from two furnished decks, and a second bedroom with a private bathroom. The 2nd floor is where you'll find two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Bring the family, bring your friends, bring whoever wants to have fun on the beach.
Ground level – covered/paved parking; table/chairs and gas BBQ; entry way and Bedroom 1 – master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, full bath with double vanities and Jacuzzi tub, access to the back patio with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
1st level – kitchen with an island and self-closing cabinets, dining area, living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, fire TV, Netflix and access to the two furnished decks, laundry closet with stackable W/D, half bath / powder room, Bedroom 2 – queen bed and full bath with double vanities and shower.
2nd Level – Bedroom 3 – bunk sets and trundle (Full/Full beds, with Twin Trundle) has Jack and Jill full bath with shower/tub combo that connects to Bedroom 4 – king bed and flat screen TV.
