2 bed/2 bath renovated condo with balcony on 10th floor with spectacular views overlooking Tampa Bay and downtown Tampa. Walk out of the building directly onto Bayshore Blvd. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the bay, new queen beds and closets with plenty of storage. The master bath is en-suite. Our dining area seats seven (3 at counter, 4 at table). On the balcony we have seating for two with a table for meals with a view.
Our living room is comfortable with a large couch and reclining chair. The 70" smart TV can be viewed comfortably from living, dining or kitchen areas. The master bedroom also has a large smart TV.
We have fast WIFI (included) which makes it easy to enjoy streaming entertainment or online work. Plenty of possible workspaces including a desk in the guest bedroom, dining table, kitchen counter or balcony table.
WIFI, Utilities and twice monthly housekeeping are included. Wash, dry, fold laundry service with pickup and delivery to your door is available at $2.90/lb.
Bayshore Towers' amenities include a community pool, fitness center, and coin laundry facility. Free parking also available. We are in a quiet neighborhood with walkable restaurants (Italian, British, Thai, Mexican - all excellent) and stores.
