In season (JAN - APR) rental rate is $4, 300/monthly and off-season rental rate is $2, 800/monthly. Owner will rent annually at $2200.00, utilities are not included in an annual rental. There is a $200 transfer fee for access to all of the vast Heritage Oaks amenities. Utilities are included for short term rentals. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this unit.
