INTRODUCTION:
Get ready to enjoy a mini-vacation with family or friends without flying to the Bahama at Bahama Bay Resort! You will instantly feel and see the greeneries and palm trees as you enter the 24/7 gated security. Great location close to the front desk building, private beach sand area with a volleyball net, 4 heated pools and jacuzzis, kids water splash pad, tennis/basketball court and on-site restaurants/bar!
SPACE:
You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the condo's beautiful interior living area, boasting all-new upscale furniture and appliances. There are electric charging stations for electric cars and the spa for those that want to relax after a long day at the Disney Parks.
ENTRY:
✤ The property has wide entryways and doorways. We have front gate as an additional access door.
BEDROOMS:
✤ The bedrooms feature 1 king, 1 queen and 2 single beds. It is also equipped with bed frames, mattress/box spring, nightstands, dressers, lamps, ceiling fan, smart TVs, mirrors, decorations, mattress pads, bed-bugs protectors, 4 sets of sheets and pillows for each bed, 2 blankets and 2 bed cover (duvet only) per bed and extra blankets and pillows. The master bedroom has a bathroom. Also, the high chair and pack and play crib is already inside the master room closet for you to use.
LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA:
✤ The living areas are big enough for everyone to gather for meals with a formal dining area. The living room has couch, chairs, coffee table, side tables, TV stand, smart TV, lamps, ceiling fan, and decoration. This welcoming condo has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
KITCHEN:
✤ It is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, brita pitcher + filters, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, set of knives, dish towels, sponges or dish cloths, hand soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper towel holder, dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and trash can & garbage bags.
BATHROOMS:
✤ We always makes sure that the bathroom is sparkling clean. This also provides a trash can to dispose your garbage properly, hair dryer, mirror, decoration, bathmat/rug, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, air freshener, 4 sets of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for each guest. Pool and bath towels are also available. The extra pool towels are in the lower drawer of the dresser.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have an access to the entire 1,227 square feet space. The resort itself offers everything you need to relax and enjoy such as 4 pools with its jacuzzis, water splash games, a private beach with volleyball court and natural lake view. It also offers a beautiful trail to exercise or just enjoy nature, basketball and tennis court and outside playground along with 2 on-site restaurants/bar and Cenoté spa. As well as a public grill! The resort offers a lot of its natural nature as well. The resort is gated and offers security 24/7.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
No anticipated noise. Perfectly in between Disney, Universal Studios and Legoland. The area is growing and it’s growing fast. Very close to Publix, Walmart, Super Target, Ross, Dollar Tree and many restaurants, a brand new 7-eleven, a new water park on 192, local entertainment places, ER, between others. Close enough to everything but far away from the noisiness!
✤ Publix is less than 6 minutes away. It is located on 2424 Sand Mind Road Davenport, FL 33897 or 17445 US Highway 192 Clermont, FL 34714.

There is an emergency clinic in front of it. You also have plenty of restaurants such as BurgerFi, Ale House, TGIF Fridays, Subway, Outback steakhouse, Bahama Breeze. There is also Millenia Mall, Florida Mall, and Disney Springs!
GETTING AROUND:
The resort has 4 heated pools and jacuzzis. They are all over the resort. There is also a tennis, baskeball court, kids’ playground, and water splash pad near the front desk building. The resort offers a private beach with a volleyball court and a lake with a beautiful lake deck. You can also find an outside playground for the kids and a gorgeous trail to walk/run and enjoy the nature.

CHECK-IN & DIRECTIONS:
All guest must check-in at the front gate with the security card. From 192 make a turn left/right on Westside Blvd, then make a right turn on Florence Villa Grove Rd then make a right turn onto Bahama Bay Condominiums.

PARKING:
✤ Guests can park in the parking lot near Building Unit 37. If you are ask to get a parking pass, you can get one at the front desk inside the club house. It is FREE.
SUPPLIES:
✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.
INTERNET:
✤ The condo unit has a free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
GYM:
✤ The gym is not accessible. However, the nature walk is almost a mile long if the you want to use it for exercise.
THERMOSTAT:
✤ We want you to be comfortable. Please be aware that setting the A/C to a very low temperature doesn’t make it cool faster; instead, it may cause the unit to freeze up and fail below 70 degree if set at that temperature. This condo will cool to 72-76 degrees very quickly.
TRASH:
✤ There is a recycle and trash bins downstairs. The are two trash cans in the unit, (1) for trash (2) for recycle.
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
✤ It is located in the hallway wall.
WASHER AND DRYER:
✤ It is located in the right side after you enter the condo.
SAFETY CARD:
✤ We have a safety card with all emergency information (911, local
hospitals, emergency exit instructions, etc.) listed.
CLEANING:
✤ You will feel safe knowing the space is clean and abiding all of CDC's sanitizing recommendations. Providing nothing but 5-star cleanliness!

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✤ It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED:
✤ All guests must be registered and acknowledged. No more than 7 total guests.
SMOKING:
✤ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
PARTIES:
✤ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges.
PETS:
✤ Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our property. We are animal lovers ourselves and absolutely adore pets. But sadly, some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences.
QUIET HOURS:
✤ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. The city and HOA have a strict "No noise" ordinance from 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM. Any fines issued for violating the ordinance will be paid for by the guests, and may result in court costs, legal fees and/or jail time. Guests found in violation will be asked to vacate the property and not given a refund, no exceptions.
CONSUMABLES:
✤ Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests, if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
OTHER:
✤ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
