This second story condo (has a common elevator) which has been gutted and is new from the studs. This unit offers all brand new flooring through out, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new custom cabinets and all new furnishings and a beached themed decor to enjoy.
The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the secondary room offers 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed as well.
The living room offers a quality queen sofa sleeper to provide more space for a comfortable night's rest.
This is the owner's second unit in the building that she owns, there is another unit on the first floor that has been quite successful with guests.
