Our blue springs home sits at the edge of Seminole state forest, a 15 minute walk or 5 min bike ride to Blue Springs State Park and the St Johns River by way of a private trail that meanders the three acre property and pours onto the Springs to Springs bike trail. This well-appointed home offers comfortable accommodations, modern amenities, and a serene atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat while staying in one of the closest properties to the naturally beautiful Blue Springs.
The space
This house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Bedroom one has two twin beds. Bedroom two has one queen size bed, the living room pull out sofa sleeps two and in addition, we have a queen sized air mattress and a pack and play crib for your convenience.
The bathroom has undergone a complete renovation, creating a spa-like experience that transports you to relaxation and luxury. It has a full tub and shower and ample space at the sink so multiple people can use the space at once.
The property features a spacious outdoor area with two covered spaces for entertainment, a sandy beach section perfect for children to play or bask in the sun, designated dog-walking zones, and two fire pit areas.
This house is great for micro weddings, family and friend retreat, or a peaceful staycation.
Guest access
You have access to the front and backyard and the entire house. The separate lower level apartment is vacant and not accessible to guest. There is a separate garage serving as a storage structure on the property that is not accessible.

Spend your days tubing the springs, kayaking the river, bike into Downtown DeLand, historic Stetson University, even to Gemini springs, the riverwalk at Lake Monroe, to historic Downtown Sanford. Take a day for one of Florida’s many beaches (Daytona, New Symrna, Playalinda, Cocoa Beach) all within all from 40 minutes to 2 hours drive. Take a bioluminescent tour or watch a rocket take off from the Canaveral Intercostal Shores. Just 45 minutes to Orlando and all Disney parks and resorts. Plenty to do at the Orange City Spring House.
