This is a fully equipped 3 bedroomed Villa in the popular Quail Forest area of the gated East Lake Woodlands community.
All on one floor , it has an open and easy floor plan with the benefit of a great room with a cathedral ceiling. There is a separate dining area with wet bar to the kitchen and an enclosed lanai.
The unit faces due north and receives the morning sun into the kitchen. The living space overlooks ponds full of wildlife with a 180 degree view. Those interested in relaxing and bird watching will love the view from the fully incorporated lanai area. Alternatively, you can enjoy the sunshine in the fenced area to the front of the villa.
The unit has parking for your vehicle.
Nearby and just outside the gates of East Lake Woodlands are several groceries stores; Publix, Walmart Neighbourhood and Target. Across from the main East Lake Woodlands entrance located on Tampa Road is the AMC Cinema complex as well as a further shopping and numerous restaurants.
This unit consists of 3 bedrooms:
- the Master Suite with an attached shower room, and on the opposite side of the living area are located:
- a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a fold out sofa bed (double). Between both of these bedrooms is the second bathroom.
- There is also a double sofa bed in the main living room (should unexpected guests need to stay), and
- the enclosed Lanai is suitably furnished with a love seat sofa to relax and watch the local wildlife together with a table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen with pantry incorporates a casual dining area and concealed laundry closet.
There is high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the unit. The television is linked with the telephone service provided by Spectrum.
Within easy reach of Quail Forest are numerous golf courses and the gulf beaches are only a short drive away (15 mins) - Honeymoon Island being the closest.
