IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SPINNAKER POINTE:
*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Outdoor Communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, covered parking
PARKING: Each unit offers covered parking for 2 midsized vehicles. Be sure to park in the correct space designated for your unit. Please refrain from parking in another units designated space, on the grass or street or your vehicle could be towed.
PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
SPINNAKER POINTE UNIT 3A:
You'll love the space this unit offers! Spinnaker Pointe consists of 5 duplexes and is located within minutes of dining, shopping, and other attractions. Unit 3A is located just above parking and 1 flight of stairs is required for entry. This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit offers a split bedroom floor plan for extra privacy, but is also open to enjoy quality time together. The large Living Room offers a sectional with sleeper sofa and large TV. The Living area also includes a coffee table that will open, and inside are many options of entertainment such as books and family games to enjoy in your down time. The adjacent Kitchen/ Dining Area offers seating for 4 at the table, with 3 additional chairs at the bar, and is fully stocked with all of your kitchen needs, including cookware and small/ large appliances.
The Primary Bedroom offers a King Bed, 32" Television, Balcony Access, & Private Bathroom. The Private Bathroom has a standing shower, garden tub, linen closet, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Guest Bedroom 1 offers a Queen Bed with plush furnishings to make you feel right at home. Guest Bedroom 2 offers a twin over full bunk bed which is perfect for a kids room, or a small family to enjoy together. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom that features a tub/ shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. Included in the guest bathroom is a stack washer/dryer that is enclosed in a small closet.
The spacious balcony can be accessed from the Living Area as well as the Primary Bedroom. Seating is featured to provide you a great, relaxing, outdoor space.
Although Spinnaker Pointe is located just across the street from the beach, there is no beach access directly across the street. Access to the beach is located to the east approximately 2 blocks and is a public access with a crosswalk, parking if you decide to drive, and public restrooms.
The complex offers views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Also onsite is a shared pool with lounge chairs.
Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.
Spinnaker Pointe is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
