Has a fully stocked kitchen, and great coffee. This is a duplex, very private house, and you have the full unit to yourself (half of the duplex). This beautiful home is in a quiet safe family friendly neighborhood. It's very clean and comfortable. There's lots of parking, large sun-porch, high speed Wifi, laundry, large backyard, and near a dog park. Please - no smoking, no parties, pre-approved pets allowed (pre-approval required for non-biting, non-barking, not left alone at home)! We are a safe-space home, follow a non-discrimination policy, and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
