Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives Gulf Trace guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy; with 2 private neighborhood beach accesses. Extremely popular, simple, no frills - but just 3 houses removed from the most beautiful stretch of beach along 30A! PLEASE NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.; private pool is not heated; dogs are not allowed on the beach.
