This home will make you say wow! If you are looking for a quiet Beach (3 min walk) & Pool getaway with your family, pets & friends, this home will accommodate 1-3 families comfortably. A new Hot Tub was just added!
Split into 2 levels, there are 2 master suites located up and downstairs. The upstairs master suite features a King size bed, luxury bathroom, and a private sitting area outside on the deck. Kids will have their own bunk suite with 2 bunks, toys, TV, and a game console.
Chefs Dream Kitchen:
- Equipped with the latest kitchen electronics including a Ninja food processor, coffee maker, pancake & waffle makers, and many more gadgets.
- Dining room table comfortably seats 6 guests, with extra folding chairs available.
Downstairs Living Space:
- A huge master suite with a sitting area and separate entrance.
- Another suite bedroom with a Queen size bed.
- A game room with a large screen TV, bar area, pool table, and a screened porch with cozy couches and chairs.
Outdoor Features:
- Fenced yard perfect for your furry friends ($100 per pet fee).
- Wrap-around decking with a table and 6 chairs, complete with a swing to enjoy the summer ocean breeze.
- Very short 3-minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach, feeling like a private beach with no outside traffic.
Amenities Provided:
- Basic starter supplies including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size).
- Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
Please note, the pool can be heated for an additional charge of $289 plus tax. Let us know after you reserve your stay to add this service charge.
Pets are welcome with a $100 per pet fee. Please let us know if you would like to bring your furry friend(s) and we will add them to your reservation.

- Beach Equipment is located in the storage( garage) on the left side of the front door. Please wash the sand off the furniture before returning it to the storage area.

As you prepare to depart, a gentle reminder that check-out time is 10:00 AM.
When convenient, kindly review the following:
- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc.
We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms.
- Kindly place used dishes in the dishwasher and begin a cycle.
- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup.
- Please Do Not remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.
- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated.
- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed.
- Kindly place any trash in the outdoor receptacles.
- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds.
- If you used the grill, a light clean would be appreciated.
- Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
