It has a large two car garage with a driveway and on-street parking. We have new LED smart TV's with NETFLIX subscriptions for hundreds of free movies! Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, along with plenty of other shops and restaurants. It's about an hour drive to Disney and the other major theme parks.

A ten minute drive to Downtown Historic Melbourne offers more shops, restaurants, art festivals and bars. There is so much to do here with the beach, water sports, fishing, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, piers, golf-courses, and Disney/Orlando Parks all nearby.
