The Space:
Venetian Bay Villages is a gated resort community featuring a clubhouse with an arcade and pool table, fitness center and a hot tub. The community pool overlooks a private lake. Other features include a sand volleyball court, tennis and basketball courts and 3 ponds for catch and release fishing as well as 4 pools, playgrounds and 4 picnic areas.
Our newly remodeled town home is located around the corner from the clubhouse and resort amenities and just next to the lake dock.
On the ground level you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living room area as well as an en-suite master king bedroom that offers a nice view of the lake.
