Positive: The location was wonderful, and the property was also good.

Negative: The towels were cheap and rough even after washing. There were no hooks to hang your bathroom towels to dry. The dryer was rusted and not working properly. It took two cycles to dry anything even with cleaning the lint filter during the drying cycles. Many of the shower hooks in the hall bathroom were broken and falling down off of the rod and had to continuously be put back up. The beach amenities were awful. When we arrived, the chairs were covered in sand. The chairs were rusty and most of them weren’t beach chairs. They were uncomfortable, cheap soccer foldout chairs. The one beach umbrella was broken upon arrival and very difficult to use. All of these are an easy fix at a minimal cost to make this vacation rental much more inviting.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay despite the lack of quality amenities.
