This 1 Bedroom modern condo suite accommodates 4 people comfortably, with 1 Queen size bed, 1 Full size bed and an extra twin size futon. It has gorgeous sparkling porcelain tile floors throughout, a modern living room and dining area, flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, heating and air conditioning, seating area, dressing room, sofa, wardrobe/closet, fold-up bed, cleaning products, clothes rack and an extra stocked linen closet, packed with extra towels, blankets and an iron / ironing board.
1.5 Bathrooms include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels.
Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances – including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home and an expansive balcony, overlooking Heritage Park!
*** The room occupancy is only allowed the maximum of 4 adults only or 4 adults plus 1 child below 3 yrs old (for free). Any party exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be decline from the front desk.
- Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50. Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day.
- RESORT FEE:
There will be a $51.50 fee per reservation (one time fee only.) Includes 2 fobs. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities.
-A mandatory 4% credit card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable for cancellation at anytime, regardless of the cancellation policy.
