Home walkthrough:
The modern kitchen is located on the ground floor and comes fully equipped. The appliances are all stainless steel and include a whirlpool fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric stove, toaster, Keurig, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, tableware, cutting board, and more!
The dining area is just off the kitchen on the first floor. There is a large wooden table that's great for eating, relaxing, or just hanging out.
The living room is on the second floor and includes a large sectional couch, with adjustable backrests (which can be adjusted) and a 55" flatscreen smart TV. You'll also find a big coffee table, side table and a basket with extra blankets.
The primary bedroom, located on the 2nd floor of the home, features a large en suite bathroom with dual vanity, custom tiling, a full stand-up shower, bathtub and private stall. The bed is queen sized and has a nightstand on each side. The room also contains a dresser and large mirror, as well as a huge walk in closet. The room gets plenty of natural light.
The secondary bedroom, located on the 3rd floor, also has a queen sized bed with two nightstands, a dresser and mirror. Just like the primary bedroom, there is a large walk-in closet.
Just next door there is a third bedroom, that features two twin beds, a nightstand, a mounted smart tv, and seating area. Once again, the bedroom includes a big walk in closet.
Just off the staircase leading to the roof deck on the third floor you will find a small study. The study has a nice wooden desk, office chair and lamp. The space gets a ton of natural light and is a great place to get some work done!
Of course, to finish off the third floor, you will find the private roof deck. There's outdoor seating and a small coffee table, as well as a lounge chair to enjoy the fresh air.
Lastly, the home does have a laundry room, which comes fully stocked with a new washer and dryer.
The townhome is entirely your space and won’t be shared with anyone. You can access all parts of the home except a 3rd-floor storage closet that is only accessed by cleaners between guest visits.
