It is a second-floor townhome with both stair and elevator access. Twelve-foot-high ceilings and dark hardwood floors open the space and become the perfect frame for the rich furnishings and modern interior touches. Tall windows surround the well-stocked kitchen, breakfast bar seating, and comfortable living space with sofa bed. The expansive open porch off the front has a full dining table for eating in and ample seating for relaxing. The queen master bedroom has a private bath (shower only). The second bedroom has a queen bed and includes a full bath. A washer/dryer is available as well as the front balcony porch to do some great people watching and enjoy the gulf view.
