Summary: Newer hotel. I guess that the reception person who checked us in was in training. Didn't even tell us where the elevators were nor how the hotel was set up or the pool area or restaurant were. We had to start asking and asking questions for everything. Once we get to our room. The toilet was clogged and didn't flush. Thank goodness it was only number 1 I did. Had to call maintenance.
