This beautiful 4BR and 2 Bathroom corner house is centrally located in Margate, Florida and can easily and comfortably host 12 - 14 guests. Close to all major highways (I-95, I-75 and Turnpike) making Miami (south) or West Palm Beach (north) a short drive away.
This home was designed for families, entertainment, hosting and lots of FUN. Inside you will find plenty of luxury touches such as stainless steal appliances, newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a 70” T.V. in the living room with surround sound (to make your movie nights unforgettable), wood floors in the living room and bedrooms, fenced back yard with a screened pool (including night lights and reflectors to keep the fun going past dusk), tiki bar and outside patio furniture (for the adults in the trip looking to unwind).

• The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, T.V bathroom and walk-in closet. Independent entrance to the pool and backyard.
• Bedroom No. 2 has a Queen Size bed, T.V. walk-in closet and shared bathroom.
• Bedroom No. 3 has two twin beds, walk-in closet and shared bathroom.
• Bedroom No. 4 has a Murphy Queen size bed that is retractable.
• Bunk bed could be placed in any room upon request.
• Since the house is located in a corner lot, there is plenty of space for you and your guests to park your vehicles. 4 cars fit in the driveway and approximately 10 cars can park around the house (we kindly ask not to park on the grass).
• Fenced backyard with playground for children so you can let you children play at ease knowing that the property is fenced.
• Small pets are welcome (only 2 pet per stay)

If you are visiting Florida for our wonderful beaches, staying in this house will put you approximately 15 minutes’ drive away from Pompano Beach, 20 - 25 minute drive from Deerfield Beach, Hollywood Beach or Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas beach; A MUST) or 40 minutes away from South Beach.
