Summary: We have been renting Vacation Homes since 1990 and this was easily one of the best values we have ever rented. I have been thinking real hard and I can not come up with any deficiencies with the accommodations with this vacation rental. Correspondence with the renter was very professional and promptly. The second-floor unit was extremely well equipped with plenty of storage space for our luggage (we do not travel lightly). There was a lot of little "touches" that enhanced our 7-day stay. For example, this was one of the few rentals we have been to that has enough cloths hangers. Yes, this may sound trivial, but it shows the great attention to hospitality detail provided here. What we especially appreciated was the streaming capability of the HDTVs where we could cast from our smartdevices special content that we have access to. We really enjoyed the short walk to "Havana Jack's Oceanside Restaurant" for a casual meal right on the waterfront with a live band. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared to be very safe.
