Loft 1 features two bedrooms, private bath, fridge and microwave. Park up to 8 vehicles. Additional lofts available for groups.
Stargaze at night, bird watch by day, from your own balcony. Or take a short jaunt to Big Bend National Park, Fort Davis, Marfa, Marathon, or down to Ojinaga Mexico for shopping, as Alpine happens the be the hub for the Big Bend area. We`re a few blocks from the University, making the Lofts the ideal place to stay for short-term visiting lecturers and academics. The neighborhood is quiet, and we take up half the city block.
Owners live on site, in the main house. We can sleep a total of seven in Loft 1. There is another loft next to it that can sleep 10 people.
Lofts have access to a shared outdoor kitchen, making this a fantastic venue for weddings and special events, with tons of off-street parking! Guests provided with linens, shampoo/ conditioner, lotion, towels and washcloths, grilling utensils.
Indoor/ Outdoor shared kitchen, private courtyard with fountain, off street parking with motion sensing lighting, balcony views, outdoor games, pergola with grill. Neighborhood is residential (so please be mindful of noise levels after 10:00 p.m.), with easy access to the golf course, City Park, Kokernot Field (Home of the O6 Cowboys!), Sul Ross State University and scenic Loop Road.
Abundant wildlife, including numerous deer, quiet neighborhood and awesome views.
Enter property through the alleyway to the left of the house. There is a sign to show you where to turn in. Parking available on north end of the property, off street. Use this entrance to access courtyard.
