Just across the street from the beach and very close to the Don Cesar hotel and all that Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beach have to offer.Clean and quiet. Having parking made all the difference. Difficult to park anywhere in St. Pete Beach on weekends or holidays so having a dedicated parking spot was a game-changer. It made it easy to come and go as we please and explore more of the beach area and the downtown. You won't be disappointed."

Perfectly located, directly across the street from the Private beach access without paying beach front prices ! CDC Certified Professionally treated/cleaned. Steps from the beach access, renovated 1 bdrm condo has granite counter tops and bath vanities.showers. TV in bdrm and den. Dual band 5G WIFI. King bed and size sofa sleeper. Code locks,no keys to worry with. walking dist to restaurants/bars. NO other hamlet has quicker access to the beach via I-275 and the Bayway.there is a washer and dryer on site that is free to use including the detergent. Beach chairs are available first come first serve and there is an outside shower to use BEFORE entering the condos (please) all beach gear is stored behind a fenced and gated side yard.. easy access to everything !
