Bradenton Beach Club, Unit C is a luxury Gulf-Front 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo with incredible panoramic views of the crystal clear Gulf waters and stunning, white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island! This premier Anna Maria Island rental property is part of the prestigious Bradenton Beach Club Resort which features the only accessible Beach to Bay complex on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy the beautiful views of the beaches and the resort style heated gulf side pool from both inside the condo and from your spacious screened-in balcony, which has a semi private stairs that lead you down to the pool area and beach access. Across the street is the second larger pool with a big Spa and convenient restrooms. Enjoy taking a walk out to the peaceful Bay water on our boardwalk that weaves through the the Florida wetlands preserve to a charming Gazebo with a fun swing, fishing and boating dock.
With its luxury furnishings and high ceilings, this professionally decorated condo with a coastal flair will make you feel right at home! Offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this lovely low-allergen environment can comfortably accommodate a traveling group of 6. Relax with beautiful beach views from the Master Suite which has a King-sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom with two sinks and a large walk in travertine shower with jets sprays. Another King-sized bed is in the second bedroom with an ensuite jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom has two extra long twin-beds and the half bathroom is just across the hall which shares the tub/shower with the 2nd bedroom , The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and overlooks the open living and dining areas. The condo also features two cable boxes and additionally four Roku devices for your entertainment everywhere. Unit C comes with two good parking spaces. You'll find inside the condo when you arrive a garage door opener that will allow you access to the parking garage where there is one large parking space marked Unit C, right next to the Elevator and stairs. The second very large parking spot has a sign designating it for Unit C, located just as you enter the driveway, to your right. This parking space even allows you to park two cars tandem if the additional guest parking spaces are full.
This property participates in a Professional Linen Program. This amenity provides you highest quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival, including 6 beach towels. All linens, including the quilt bedspreads and blankets are always changed between guests. Housekeeping does a thorough job of not only cleaning but, doing their best to disinfecting everything for your safety and enjoyment!

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It's fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, at the end of most blocks throughout the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourists areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single-family homes and small low level condominiums. . The beach has that island feeling with its palm and Australian pine trees along the beach.
Enjoy many activities on your visit such as: swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife including dolphins and manatee, golfing (several courses nearby), tennis, pickleball (there are public courts on the island), bicycling (Coquina Beach paths along the shore are south 1 mile), para-sailing, jet ski and kayak (Rentals are only a block south on the beach). You are only a little walk or just jump on the free trolley, which is right outside our condo to Bridge Street with its great restaurants, bars and shops! It doesn’t get any more convenient than this!
*Please note - 4-5 night minimum rentals are at the owner's discretion, as we usually only rent for a seven night minimum stay. We have a minimum weekly rental during holidays, peak times and seasons. Generally high seasons begin sometime around the last few days in January through most of April and then again the last week of May through the second week of August and all Holidays. The weekly rental policy is in accordance with Bradenton Beach Condo Association’s rental policy, as we can not rent our condo again within that week's time frame. However, during the off- peak period, because rentals are slower, we do consider renting our condo for a 4-5 night minimum, especially if the request is made closer to the time of the rental period. We do wish to rent our condo for short term but, each request is considered individually because usually, guests want the long weekend and by accepting a minimum short term rental, it eliminates the possibility of anyone renting our condo within that 14 day period.
** Only Owners of Bradenton Beach Club are allowed to have a dog. Because of owner's severe allergies, please do not rent our condo if you are traveling with a therapy or service dog.
***We charge the VRBO insurance fee so that if anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, no worries…you are covered :-) Even though our property is always inspected upon your departure, we request guests notify us immediately if there is a problem, so we can repair or replace anything before our next guest arrive. Thank you for helping us keep our condo perfect for each and every guest and for your next visit!

if beyond our control, the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, then the two sets of stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of Bradenton Beach Condo Association.
