This charming cottage located in Bradenton Beach is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. Featuring its own private backyard you can sit back and unwind on one of the loungers as you enjoy a home-cooked meal from the propane grill. The ground level home is nicely decorated and exudes a sunny, quaint “Old Florida” atmosphere. The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. There are two queen bedrooms with televisions and 2 full baths, 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with a walk-in shower.
A day bed which sleeps 2 is nestled in a cozy window area of the living room. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining the family or just relaxing away the day. This cottage provides the perfect ‘haven’ for up to 6 guests.
Location is everything, minutes to the beach or bay you never have to miss a single breathtaking sunrise or sunset. Situated close to multiple restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlor, as well as North and Southbound Trolley stops nothing is more than a few minute's away and yet the small tucked away street makes you feel like you are miles from anywhere.
