The room is newly renovated and all new. Included in the rental are all utilities, fully furnished. Very comfortable king bed, 100% cotton linens and bath accessories, a Full Kitchen with Range, Full Size Fridge, Microwave, Disposal, washer & dyer, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, Sofa has Hide a Bed with Queen Mattress, stereo, on site parking, and a fully fenced backyard with pool!
Owner lives on site in the main home. Your apartment is in a detached garage and you have your own private entrance located in the back of the home off of the pool area.
Pool is not heated but warms to above 80 in the summer. Spa/hot tub is not available unless pre approved by owner.
