Positive: I loved that it was super clean & decently maintained. There was a gate code to get inside the complex & all entry doors were on the interior of the complex, giving an extra step w security. They provided soap & hair soap in a sealed container, a coffee maker, full frig, stove, & basic kitchen utensil's. The towels were freshly washed & place within an easy reach of the shower. It was a quiet street & the location was AWESOME!! Very near everything that we needed to get to. Easy access to get to & property mgr responds quickly to any questions or issues. Parking is on the street, but we always found a space close by. The price is accustomed to having our lovely yankee friends come invade our state & stay for a LONG period of time.

Negative: There were no hand towels, wash cloths, or kitchen towels, we used paper towels to dry dishes. There was no baking devices, so I improvised & used the stove devices in the oven, very happy the handles didn’t melt. No coffee, although coffee maker provided. No iron, although ironing board provided. They did provided Tide pods for the washer/dryer (stacked). Just simple things with an easy fix. The bed was comfortable & inviting, the pillows fluffy. My daughter chose the sofa bc it was so comfortable for her. We brought her comforter, pillow & blanket, thank goodness bc no extra linens provided. If you’re here for a traveling position or extended stay, it’s great!

Summary: I’d have to bring too much with me for a long term stay.
