1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park in one of the 2 assigned parking spots provided in your check-in instructions.
2. No shoes inside the home.
3. No smoking inside! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray or receptacle provided on the balcony. You will be charged for any signs of smoking inside or of there's any damage to furniture!
4. No parties or events.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people.
6. Quiet time after 9pm. Enjoy yourself but be respectful of the neighbors!
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
9. Please use the swimming pool between dawn and dusk. Swim at your own risk. All minors must be supervised by an adult.
10. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the premises, especially outside by the pool and BBQ areas.
11. Pets are allowed. Please make sure they do their business by any of the doggy trash stations outside. Please pickup any waste and dispose of it in the trash bin. Keep their paws clean!
12. Make sure to turn off the lights, set air conditioning (mode: cool, fan: auto, temp: 74 degrees), and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
13. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages to the home, personal property and furniture must be paid by guests and will be reported.
14. Any items that are taken away from the property will be billed to guests and reported (i.e. TV remotes, furniture, keys/garage remotes, adapters, accessories, supplies, etc.).
15. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
