This home is two stories with beautiful comfortable interiors. The first floor features an open floor plan--a large kitchen, dining area and living room that open up to a patio overlooking the bay. For a more formal experience there is a separate dining room and adjacent bar. A large office is also located on the first floor offering ample space to work.
The house features 5 beds and 4 1/2 baths. 3 king size beds, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. 3 ensuite baths, 1 jack and jill baths and a powder room. The master bedroom and one of the king rooms have balconies overlooking the water with breathtaking views.

Please note that there is a vacant lot next door that is not part of the home, anything to the left of the driveway/paved path belongs to the neighbors. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not enter this area.
