There is plenty of space for your family to cook, dine, and hang out with others or by themselves making it perfect for extended family gatherings like reunions or other family celebrations. The large fenced-in backyard has a heated pool with an elegant, built-in hot tub, and outdoor gas grill. There is a covered lanai to shelter those that prefer to get away from the sun. It's the perfect setting for family BBQ's and fun by the pool. You are located exactly half-way between the Cocoa Beach Pier, and Ron Jon Surf shop; an easy walk to either of them, or the many area restaurants.
