Beach Bay Blvd Home is located in a well maintained neighborhood walking distance to the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. The famous Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just to the North and famous Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk are to the South with plenty of local restaurants, surf shops, retail, sweet shops and more in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach.
Upon walking into the home you will find the living room with a cozy sitting area with plenty of natural lighting, sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa bed, ceiling fan and TV.
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, nightstands with lamps and a closet with extra pillows, beach towels, iron and ironing board.
Master Bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and tiled stand up shower.
Guest Bedroom has two twin size beds, nightstand, clock, dresser and ceiling fan.
Guest Bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and shower tub combination.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cutlery, serveware, dishes, pots, pans, quality cookware and a Keurig coffee maker that takes both ground coffee and K-cups.
Off the kitchen is the laundry room breezeway with full size washer and dryer.
Dining room has a four top unique dining table, light accent and two stools at the breakfast bar. The dining room and kitchen overlook the backyard and has access to the outdoor seating area via sliding glass doors. Living room has a sleeper sofa.
Outdoor patio is on the back of the home and has a resort style sitting area, dining table and gas grill.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

This property provides 3 parking spaces.
There are two beach accesses close to this home- you simply head to the North or South when exiting the home at the first street take it West towards Gulf Blvd walk two blocks towards the beach! The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is walking distance to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Sandy's, Hurricane Eddy's, Salt Public House, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Beach shop and salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park. The Indian Rocks Library is also within walking distance.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
