A spacious master bedroom located on the main floor is complete with a king size bed, 55" TV and an en suite master bath with a stand-up shower and a large walk-in closet. Additionally, a 1/2 bath is conveniently located on the main floor, along side a full size washer/dryer. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king size bed, and one with a set of bunk beds that will sleeps four guests. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is located on the second floor. A balcony upstairs boasts a beautiful Gulf-view to enjoy fresh coastal breezes to have that cup of morning coffee, read a book, or just to catch some rays. With beach access just a short distance away from the residence, the beachgoers of the group will be in paradise with sugar-white sand and crashing waves at their fingertips. When guests want to venture out a bit, the hustle and bustle of Pier Park awaits just three miles down the coast, where you can find everything from dining and shopping to family fun at Russell-Fields Pier. Not to mention, local amusement parks and attractions like Gulf World and Shipwreck Island Waterpark also await within a few miles of home base.
