You will find a comfortable and well decorated family room with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The sofa bed pills out to accomodate 2 guests and TV provides entertainment while in the unit. Take a step out on the balcony to enjoy the breeze and privacy. In the evening enjoy the city lights. The kitchenette boasts a cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, sink, and dishes/pots.. The glass enclosed shower is what you would expect from a home of the caliber. A large soaking tub for relaxing or bathing the little ones is a must for small families. Complete with marble floors, upgraded towels and oversized vanity you will have plenty of room while refreshing from a day at the beach. There are a few restaurants in the building to choose from including Illios for a great breakfast with a view of the 6th floor balcony, LeMarche Market at the beach level, and for dinner S3 offers meat, fish and sushi you could think of. This is a new building so all the furniture and decor is top class. For restaurants, shopping and more you are centrally located on the Fort Lauderdale Strip. You just don't get a better location. For the fitness minded there is a 24 hour modern fitness room available to guests of the building only. Valet fee is $50 a day. There is long term metered parking 2-4 blocks around the building. Guests must be at least 23 years old.
