There is a sofa bed for additional guests. Outside and accessed from the living area is a newly laid 650sq. ft. travertine tiled patio and newly fitted Florida blue composite decking with inground accent lighting, outdoor bbq, quality patio furnishings and great views over the back yard. Accessed through a small path at the bottom of the yard is a private woodlands for sole use of "The Woodlands" residents with a gorgeous, secluded, private heated swimming pool. The pool is rarely used.
