This unique style property grants you access to the beach and an ocean view from the elevated decks wrapped around each side of the property. There is large, private, saltwater pool with a jacuzzi. Four steps from the pool is a Tiki bar where you can enjoy a bite, sunsets, a cocktail or two and feel the ocean breeze, without going anywhere. If you do decide to leave the beach is across the street.
What's nearby: The house is located on Hutchison Island and within TWO miles, you can rent jet skies, hire a boat to go ocean or river fishing.
Or just plan a visit to the Florida Oceanic Museum, the St Lucie County Aquarium, the National Navy Seals Museum, the Smithsonian Marine Station on the Island. The Indian River is about 5 minutes away and it has its own white sand beach, which is quite unique.
