Vacation in our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood in Marathon on the Oceanside of the island. With direct access to the water is ideal for fishing, trips to the sandbar, and even great for evening boat rides to several local restaurants that are available to you where you can dock and dine! We are centrally located just a few homes from the open ocean on a deep water flow-thru canal with 50 foot concrete dock with amazing view to the Ocean . You will have plenty of room to dock your boat, jetskis or kayaks, etc.
Don't be surprised if you wake up to manatees in the canal, as they often visit. The canal is clean enough to even swim in it.
Attention Fisherman !!!Marathon is a major fishing destination with several charters departing from local marinas every morning and afternoon, so you don't have to bring your own boat to fish. You can choose to enjoy The 73” Marathon Lady 3 min away from vacation home or Two Conchs Fishing Charts located on the same channel where the house is.
After a long day of fishing, relax at one of our shaded patio with the Ocean view ,grill your catch on our BBQ or take a dip in our 7 person jetted spa to soothe your aches and pains .
All four bedrooms feature a flat screen TV’s , luxury bedding, linens, and pillows. You’ll also enjoy free Wifi . The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, cookware,toaster, coffee maker , ect . The dining room has large windows with a gorgeous view to the Ocean to enjoy sipping your morning coffee .

Dockage has a maximum limit of 30’ Length your boat, not allow longer boats. Only one boat will be allowed per stay.
Two vehicles/One trailer allowed or three vehicles and no boat trailer will be allowed Per Stay!
Pets are NOT permitted at Anytime.
Max occupancy of 10 people no matter the age.
Check out is at 11:00AM. Check out strictly. Check in is at 4:00PM unless you call and make arrangements prior to check in.
We have one hair dryer per bathroom, we provide Towels, Linens and a starter Kit of toiletries.
Do you have a coffee maker ?
-Yes, we have a Nespresso Vertuo machine, coffee espresso machine and a Keurig coffee machine.
Does your house have pots, pans and all the necessary items to cook?
- We have a full setup for cooking which includes pots, pans and utensils.
Do you have bicycles and kayaks for use?
- Yes, we have two kayaks and four bicycles.
