You can't get much closer to the ocean and beach than Oceans of Amelia. This beautiful and spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has breathtaking views of the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom with walk in shower and natural stone vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds which makes the unit perfect for a family. There is a second bath with a tub located across from the second bedroom. Linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided; however, you will need to provide your own beach towels.
As you enter the main living space, there is a fully equipped galley style kitchen with new appliances (November 2021). The dining area seats 6. The living room is spacious and has outstanding views of the ocean and beach. Enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch the sunrise from the balcony. There is
complimentary WIFI and Roku television. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper. There is no landline phone in the unit.
The Kitchen, living room and dining room were newly painted in November 2020. The master bath was totally renovated November 2021. Both bedrooms were updated with new paint and some new furnishings. The guest bath was updated as well with new tile and a natural stone vanity. Please note that this is a residential community and not a resort. I hope you enjoy my home.
Oceans of Amelia is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown, Fort Clinch State Park, restaurants and shopping.
PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking spot for the unit. It is marked 112. There is no guest parking onsite. However, there is overflow parking for a second vehicle approximately 2 miles south on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact the ERA Rental Office for information and a parking pass.
