It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This 2-story condo is located in WaterColor less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, and the WaterColor Beach Club. On the first floor, the home offers a primary bedroom with a King bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a porch. There is a large primary bath with double vanity, tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets. The guest bedroom has a two twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and renovated full bath with tub and shower. There is also a small cutout under the stairs with a twin bed for the little ones to sleep. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor.
On the second floor, the sun-drenched living space opens to a porch that is great for people watching. The family room provides a casual spot to relax. View your favorite programs or movies on services like Netflix on the” Smart HD flat-screen TV. The entertainment system also comes with a DVD player and a Sonos Arc SL Premium Surround Sound System so you can listen to your music from your phone via Bluetooth. The kitchen has new granite countertops and tile backsplash and is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, stainless oven, microwave, and glass-front cabinets.
