The home comes equipped with a large deck and boat dock with a lift (available for use with proof of liability insurance) should you choose to bring your boat for those fishing days or evening boat cruises . This stunning little cottage features exceptional water views of the canal that leads out to Matlacha Pass. Spend your days wildlife viewing as manatees and dolphins cruise past this adorable Old Florida style home. The Pass offers opportunities to fish, boat and kayak.
