Escape with your family or friends to this modern, minimalistic boho-styled home! Fully-stocked with everything you need with a pool, game room, photo wall, neon lights, 4 beds, and so much more. The pool is newly remodeled/resurfaced in May 2024 with a fence surrounding the patio!
Take a short 15 min drive to the beach, enjoy a boat rental, kayaking in nature park, Las Olas, downtown, malls, shopping...the list is endless! Family-friendly and enjoyed by any age! You won't regret your stay!
The home is extremely comfortable. Featuring a king sized bed, queen sized bed, 2 full sized beds and a futon! You will love this space!
Guests will have self-checkin using an electronic code. You'll have access to the entire home during your stay, and it won't be shared with anyone else except your group.
Normal check-in: 3PM
Same-day booking check-in: 4PM
We're just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay! We strive for perfection, so if there's anything you need, please use the chat or give us a call.
There is air hockey, ping-pong, a fully fenced-in backyard, and a newly remodled / resurfaced fenced-in pool separate from the yard. Trust us, book it!

General Rules:
No Parties
No Glass at the pool (you have a range of plastic dishes you can use)
No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from your host.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes illegal downloads.
Please let me know if you break or damage anything and I can arrange its replacement or repair.
No pets.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Pool: The pool maintenance crew comes once every week. They may come at any time in the day. You do not need to be home, they will access the pool from the yard.
EVENT: If you would like to host an event (i.e birthday, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kid, the authorities will be engaged and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
TOILETS: Do not throw anything other than paper toilet paper in the toilets. There are garbage bins in each bathroom for you to use.
Garbage: Please take care of your garbage and recycling. Garbage days are Tuesday and Friday in the early morning, so put the garbage out in front of the house only on those days. Fines are given when garbage is out outside of garbage days.
SMOKING: We are a smoke-free home. There is a major fine for smoking inside of the property.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, FIREARMS, AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The Guest shall not keep or have on the premises anything of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive nature that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Property, or that might be considered hazardous materials (including propane) by any responsible insurance company. Fireworks of any kind are not permitted on the premises. Firearms and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
LEFT BEHIND ITEMS: Owner will not store property left behind by the guest. Personal property of the Guest left after the term of the Agreement will be considered trash and removed by cleaning crew to prepare the unit for incoming guests. Guest authorizes deduction from the Security Deposit for any expense with such a removal. Every reasonable effort will be made to reunite Guest with valuable items found by another guest or cleaning crew but no guarantee is implied.
CHECK OUT:
At check out, please empty your fridge and freezer, don't leave any belongings and please put your garbage in the bins. Also please don't leave any dishes in the sink nor in the dishwasher. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will be applied.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property, and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
Checkout is at 10 am. Late checkouts are only if agreed on with the host. The host can charge for a late checkout.
