The Space
The lower level boasts a spacious kitchen with ample counter space and an oversized island, ideal for meal prep. A large pantry is conveniently located for your grocery needs, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid stand mixer. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island, plus a high chair for little ones. Large windows in the dining area provide gorgeous sunset views.
One bedroom is located on this level, featuring a King-sized bed, full private bath, and Gulf views. In addition to the main living room, there’s a cozy seating area with a sectional/chaise sofa and a wine/coffee bar—perfect for enjoying your morning brew or an evening cocktail.
