This is new for us so please bear with us as we figure this out together! We have a beautiful condo and beach; hoping we can make this transition!
Get away from the crowds!! Our condo at Chadham by the Sea is in a small gated 52-unit complex one mile from a national seashore - we're the last condo south on the 'non-drive' beach.
Here's what we offer:

New Smyrna Beach is one road up and down the beach; easy! So why be crowded on the north end; come on down to the south end (5 minutes by car) and have privacy and peace of mind on the 'no drive' part of the beach.
For the continued comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking inside (ok to smoke on balcony).
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Maid Fee: $130. Resort Tax: 12.5% added to Rental and Maid Fees.
* VRBO charges a service fee on a sliding scale.
* Deposit: $300 for damages refunded after Rental
* Check In: 4 pm & Check-Out: 9 am. (adjusted May 2020 due to virus)
* 28 day reservation and Quote required; you may stay a few days less (or more) if you desire and the Quote will adjust accordingly.
* Partial payment due at Registration.
* Final full payment of Rental due 60 calendar days before 1st day of rental period (or 60 days manually for international travelers).
*My Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancelled before 60 days; no refund if cancelled inside 60 days. Please respect that our clientele book way in advance; thus a "last minute" cancellation has remote chance of re-renting. This is why our Cancellation Policy is what it is. IF you cancel inside 60 days and IF we are able to re-rent, we will refund your money. Please note: VRBO's "cancellation" policies for me to "pick" from do not match mine; thus I "picked" one to allow me flexibility to control MY cancellation policy. The "real" one is here and in the Registration Agreement.
*Payment required in U.S. dollars from U.S. bank - international travelers please alert me so we can arrange payment plan to avoid 6% fee.
*VRBO's payment system required for first payment; can mail a check for 2nd if wish.
