New construction cabin finished in 2022 - perfect for a vacation at Lake Martin!The 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin features open, comfortable living spaces and is furnished with all the amenities youneed for a great stay. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating. The great room offers lots of extra-comfortable seating plus a smart TV, and the attached dining room can seat up to 8. Behind the kitchen, you'll find a wet bar with a sink and built-in ice maker, a laundry space with a washer and dryer, and a mudroom area with a bench and storage for your lake gear. Wifi available!
All three bedrooms are furnished with high quality bedding and plenty of storage space for yourbelongings. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the house, another queen-size bedroom and a bunk room (with 4 twin-size beds!) share a second full bathroom. Each bedroom offers plenty of closet, dresser, and nightstand space, soft linens, and a variety of pillows and blankets to suit your sleeping preferences.
Our favorite part of the home may be itsoutdoor living space. The screened-in porch is a wonderful place to hang out, with its outdoor, wood burning fireplace and smart TV. On the attached open-air deck, you'll find a grill that can be used with charcoal or gas and a table that can be extended to seat up to 10. Your rental also includes a variety of lake-day essentials like coolers and beach towels. And thereis a large covered space under the porch that would be ideal for storing any lake toys you bring with you.
This home is furnished with an electric golf cart. Use of the cart can be included in the rental upon request. A signed release form is required. The golf cart battery is located under the sink in the bar area.
Ideally located on the south side of Lake Martin, this home is convenient to Anchor Bay Marina, Kowaliga Marina, and loads of Lake Martin hot spots.
