LAYOUT:
The house is all one level. There is a slight lip walking into the property & a 1/2 step down into the Dining room, kitchen and lanai. To assist you in visualizing the layout, here is a brief description of the property:
-The backyard & Patio is large and fully fenced in with tons of room for games and fun. Perfect for kids. The grill is just outside the covered lanai neighboring the kitchen.
-The Living room is oversized with room to seat 10 people & features 2 huge 2-person bean bag chairs. A 65" smart TV is set up for streaming services.
-The Master suite has a queen bed & is located in the back of the home with an attached 1/2 bath. All bedding is percale cotton breathable sheets with lightweight blankets.
-The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed.
-The 3rd bedroom offers a full bed.
-The full bathroom is located close to bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a walk-in tub/shower.
-The fire table can be lit by turning the propane on, and then pressing the ignition button.
