Positive: The location was amazing. During our stay in July of 2025, the lots across the street were vacant so we had a great view of the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own bathroom so no one ever had to wait for one. There was plenty of seating in the main living space as well as some great seating on the porch for when we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the ocean air! Worth noting just so people are aware...there are a LOT of stairs involved with staying here. I did not consider this a negative, but people with mobility issues may not like this.

Negative: One bathroom had very poor water pressure in the shower. (this was the only room with this issue) Also I'm not sure the dishwasher was working properly, sometimes our dishes didn't seem to be fully clean after running it.

Summary: We loved it and would love to stay here again!
